This award-winning business who have branches across the North East region, therefore, this role will be covering properties from certain areas within the region. This is a fantastic opportunity working for a dynamic company who offer further personal development opportunities and are now seeking a motivated individual to provide their expertise to their customer base. You will be a natural rapport builder, with the ability to work both within the office but also on the field. Some part-time options may be considered.
Duties as an Accompanied Viewer:
- Conducting viewings and valuations on a range of properties
- Providing excellent and knowledgeable customer service
- Being involved in the marketing process of properties
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Being able to provide accurate advice
- Building and maintaining relationships
- General administrative duties
- Networking and promoting the companies services
What we are looking for:
- Experience being involved in the viewing process
- Holding a clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience in estate agency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive and motivated nature
- Positive attitude
To be successful as an Accompanied Viewer, you will be an organised individual with the ability to manage your own workload, and work as part of a team. If you thrive working collectively towards business goals, as well as autonomously, this is the role for you! In return you will receive a salary between £22,000 - £24,000, plus company benefits, working Monday to Friday.
