We are recruiting for a highly established Harrogate business, assisting them in their search for a Bookkeeper & PA on a permanent, full time basis. This is a great opportunity to join an employer with big growth plans, and whilst already having a fantastic establishment in the UK industry, they are looking to go global in the coming years. Bookkeeper & PA Duties:

  • Manage financial transactions and processes across the business on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Payroll administration and processing.
  • General ledger maintenance and management.
  • Completing VAT processes.
  • Managing financial and invoice information across both Sage and Xero.
  • Support with general administration tasks across the business.
  • Work closely with the Director on key business admin tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings with diaries and schedules.
  • Liaise with both clients and suppliers on financial and general queries.

Requirements:

  • Ideally have experience with either Sage or Xero (preferably both).
  • Excellent communication skills and high levels of attention to detail.
  • Experience of financial administration.

As Bookkeeper & PA you will receive a salary of between £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, working full time hours. If you feel as though you have the experience, we are looking for then get in touch with us today!
