Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Wetherby
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 base plus up to £6,000 additional in commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am till 5:30 pm
We are proud to be working with a market leading technology led provider that delivers innovative solutions to service led organisations. As part of their continued growth, our client is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their high performing team.

Key responsibilities of Business Development Executive:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries via email, phone and website.
- Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing activities such as webinars, events, content downloads and digital campaigns.
- Conduct cold outreach through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build, nurture and maintain strong client relationships.
- Represent the company at both virtual and in person events to engage with delegates and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records within CRM system.
- Strategically plan weekly lead generation activities aligned with pipeline goals using a consultative selling approach.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align on lead quality, sales acceptance criteria and pipeline development.
Experience as Business Development Executive required:
- Previous experience within a Sales or Business Development role
- Highly motivated and target driven with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Confident, proactive and solutions oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient IT skills including familiarity with CRM and sales tools
What’s on offer to you:
- Competitive base salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
