We are seeking:

• Experienced Claims Handler to manage diverse insurance claims

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse portfolio of insurance claims across various lines of business
• Advocate for clients throughout the claims process, ensuring fair and timely resolution
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of claim-related communications and payments
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment
• Identify and implement proactive measures to minimise the risk of claims

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior experience in claims handling within an insurance broker or similar environment
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and terminology would be advantageous 
• Proven track record of managing complex claims
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in commercial insurance claims 
• Insurance industry certifications, such as Cert CII (training support provided by the business)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
