A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a well-established, local business who are seeking a Client Account Coordinator at their office in Northallerton. This is an exciting opening to work for a leading professional service business, who pride themselves on their reputation and expertise, who project further growth. This role would suit a dynamic and driven individual with excellent customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties as a Client Account Coordinator:
- Handling queries efficiently from clients and customers
- Actioning requests and communicating with external parties
- Work as part of a team to work towards company goals
- Processing tasks across different assets
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Dealing with quotations
- Providing an excellent service
- Promoting the companies’ services
- Building client relationships
- Using various company systems
- Other ad-hoc duties relevant to the post

To be successful as a Client Account Coordinator you will be a quicker learner with excellent time management skills. In return you will receive a salary up to £25,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme taking the potential earnings up to £27,000, working to Monday-Friday.
