Client Service Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has now arisen to work with a well-regarded and prestige brand based in York. Our client is currently seeking a Client Service Advisor to join their existing and expanding team. They are looking for motivated and professional individuals who also possess bags of natural energy to build and nurture relationships, whilst simultaneously being the face of the business offering extensive product knowledge to customers.  
 
As the successful Client Service Advisor your duties will include:

• Being the face of the business, making a positive first impression to customers.
• Handle incoming enquires, provide advice on products where required.
• Diary management, bookings customers into the system and coordinating the service department.
• Process invoices and inform customers of quotations.
• Understand the importance of delivering the company’s 5-star customer experience that continues driving customer retention and referral opportunities.
• Upsell products where appropriate.

 
We are looking for:

• Experience within a customer service or customer centric role is essential.
• Previous Automotive industry experience is highly preferrable to allow seamless transition.
• Hands on experience using Kerridge would be advantageous.
• Have a driven and proactive approach.
• A desire to succeed and surpass expectations.

As the Client Service Advisor you will enjoy a basic salary offering up to £26,000 per annum plus bonuses that could see your earnings reach £32,000 per annum! This is a Monday – Friday position, with Saturday’s on a rota basis.
