Full Time 35 hrs p/w - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (1 hour, unpaid, lunch break)
The role details;
- Providing efficient support to Partners/Fee Earners;
- Providing quotations to clients;
- Opening new files utilising a case management system to produce documents including forms, letters, attendance notes, applications etc.;
- Dealing with Land Registry applications;
- Liaising directly with clients and other professionals;
- Making appointments and managing diaries;
- Assisting with post, photocopying, scanning, filing and file management;
- Undertaking administrative tasks including document sorting and paying disbursements.
- Undertaking typing work and assisting with preparation of letters and any further conveyancing work on files
