We are looking for a meticulous Credit Control Administrator to be responsible for ensuring the company’s debts are paid on time. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records of outstanding debts, producing financial statements, and liaising with clients to resolve any outstanding issues.

 

As Credit Control Administrator you will: 

  • Manage client accounts and maintain an organised credit control system
  • Assess credit risk and process required applications
  • Allocate customer receipts using internal software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding payment issues
  • Contribute to the development of credit control procedures and policies
  • Assisting with month end processes

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit control or a similar financial role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
