Job Title: Customer Experience Executive
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £27,000 per annum + Commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Due to continued business growth, Beaucare is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to join our existing business team. The successful candidate will manage existing customer accounts, deliver outstanding customer service, support account growth, and help strengthen long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both customer service and account management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of key accounts and top spending customers
Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Arrange regular client review meetings alongside the Team Leader
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell products across the existing portfolio
Achieve daily prospecting and outbound call targets to support revenue growth
Maintain customer portals and CRM systems accurately
Answer inbound customer calls, process orders and resolve queries
Make outbound calls to existing customers to generate repeat business
Input sales orders received via telephone, email and website
Prepare and send customer emails relating to enquiries, quotations and sales activity
Deliver high levels of after sales support and customer continuity
Handle complex customer queries and advise on appropriate product selection
Key Skills & Skills
Experience within a sales or customer focused role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to build rapport and maintain productive customer relationships
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Competent using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and Sage 200
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
