Job Role: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Dewsbury

Salary: £25,500 pa

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm or 9.00am-5.30pm. (37.5 hours per week)  

 

The Role:

We are looking for an individual with initiative, determination and a self-motivated attitude to join our highly regarded industry leading client based in Dewsbury. Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives off interacting with others and building rapport. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Liaise confidently with existing and new customers, over the phone and email
  • Provide support to customers
  • Process customer orders and produce quotations
  • Advise the customer on availability of products, pricing and discounts
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness
  • Able to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike

Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales environment is highly desirable, as you will be supporting and advising clients.
  • Our client is seeking a motivated individual with initiative and vision who is eager to build a long-term career.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good IT skills
  • Strong telephone manner
