We are delighted to be working with one of our clients who have an international presence and are now seeking a Customer Service Administrator based in Stockton-on-Tees. This is an amazing opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with positive prospects. We are seeking an upbeat individual, with the ability to provide excellent customer service to work in a diverse position, communicating with a wide range of customers.

 

Duties as a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Processing orders and updating systems
  • Providing excellent, efficient and accurate customer service and support
  • Handling queries and updating systems
  • Reviewing details and contracts
  • Providing updates and making amendments to meet customer requirements.
  • Solving problems and meeting customer needs
  • Liaising with internal and external parties
  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • Dealing with sales invoices and meeting SLA’s
  • Providing general accurate administrative support

Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent and demonstrated administrative experience
  • A personable nature with a clear telephone manner
  • Good problem-solving skills and a desire to learn
  • The ability to multi task and organise tasks
  • Excellent IT skills including using Microsoft Office

To be successful as a Customer Service Administrator and join a refreshing working environment and culture, you will need to be proactive by nature, with the ability to act on your own initiative. In return you will receive a salary between £22k – £24k per annum, working Monday-Friday.
