Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our expanding client in Knaresborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a customer-facing role or an individual eager to develop their career in customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring positive first impressions and lasting relationships.
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently with a problem-solving mindset.
- Managing tasks with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong time management.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the team and ensuring high levels of customer care.

- Salary: £24,600 – £25,500 per year
