Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our expanding client in Knaresborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a customer-facing role or an individual eager to develop their career in customer service.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring positive first impressions and lasting relationships.
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Managing tasks with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong time management.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the team and ensuring high levels of customer care.
