The Role: Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the E-Commerce Executive will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company’s eCommerce strategy. Your responsibilities will focus on increasing online revenue, improving conversion rates, and ensuring a seamless and engaging digital shopping experience. You will play a key role in using data and insights to drive performance improvements and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a digital trading calendar for product launches, seasonal promotions, and key business milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring new products and marketing campaigns to life across digital channels.
- Analyse data to minimise cart abandonment, implement upsell opportunities, and boost conversions.
- Oversee daily operations of the eCommerce platform, including product setup, content management, and promotional updates.
- Lead the SEO strategy to increase traffic and visibility.
- Monitor key website metrics such as bounce rates, session durations, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to enhance performance.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in managing eCommerce platforms with a focus on driving sales growth and improving user experience.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO best practices.
- Project management skills and familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
