Finance Administrator

An amazing opportunity has become available for a Finance Administrator to join highly respected and established managed services provider in Harrogate. Our client is a major player in their industry and over the years have gone from strength to strength by acquiring other entities in the market which has increased and solidified their strong foundations and vast reach. As Finance Administrator, you will sit in an established team with the aim of the role being to assist with the day to day operations of the finance function and ensuring accurate invoicing is generated for customers.


Whilst experience of working within a finance related role would be beneficial, it is not essential, and our client would happily consider a process driven, experienced Administrator who wants to commit to a role for the long term future. Whilst full time hours are available, our client would also consider a candidate looking for part time hours as well, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday being essential days of work/being in the office.


Finance Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Processing financial and contract data.
  • Processing contract data for one off sales.
  • Action any cancellations within the billing system, ensuring that invoices are terminated as per end date timeframes.
  • Provide assistance with the investigation and resolution of invoice queries from both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Accurate recording of data within Dynamics365 billing platform.
  • Ensuring data is matched to various order types.
  • Manage finance date on Microsoft Excel.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience of working in a finance team (not essential).
  • Good ability with MS Excel and general systems.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Good numerical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines.

As Finance Administrator, you will receive a salary of between £24,000 – £26,000 per annum and will have access to a range of perks and benefits in addition to the ones mentioned previously! Core working hours are 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 2 days per week from home. Please send your CV to us today to be considered!
