We are delighted to be working with a prestigious business who are a leader in their sector based in Hartlepool. Our client is seeking a Lead Generator due to further company expansion. This an exciting prospect working for a business who operate globally and provide further opportunities for both growth and travel. This role would suit a driven individual with a desire to pursue and develop within a career within sales. Candidates with some experience within sales, as well as those with the right attitude and an ambitious nature will be considered.

Duties as a Lead Generator:

• Prospecting new clients
• Promoting the companies services
• Generating leads and new enquiries
• Seeking suitable opportunities
• Building relationships
• Arranging and setting appointments
• Gaining new clients
• Meeting targets and networking

Skills:

• Experience within sales / lead generation (preferred)
• Ambitious with a desire to learn
• The ability to pick up new skills easily
• A confident nature, able to liaise with individuals on all levels
• Strong desire to succeed
• The ability to identify opportunities
• A natural rapport builder

To be successful as a Lead Generator you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, who thrives in a fast paced environment. In return you will receive a basic salary up to £22,500, plus an uncapped commission scheme, with a realistic OTE in the first year of £28,000 – £30,000, working Monday-Friday, with an early finish on the Friday!
