Marketing Exhibitions Coordinator

Our client is seeking to recruit a Marketing Exhibitions Coordinator to become part of their state-of-the-art operation, based in Darlington. This is an amazing position working for a company with an impressive reputation in their industry, environmentally friendly processes and a streamlined infrastructure. This is a varied role where you will provide key, hands on and administrative support to the team, working closely with their range of clients who operate on a global scale. This role would suit a proactive individual, with strong relationship building, marketing and administrative skills. Duties as a Marketing Exhibitions Coordinator:

  • Preparing materials and equipment for events and attending shows
  • Coordinating suitable marketing material
  • Handling queries and liaising with internal and external parties
  • Distributing product samples
  • Devising reports and meeting deadlines
  • Setting up equipment and managing suitable kit
  • Coordinating Graphic Design requests and photoshoots
  • Dealing with orders, handling some invoicing and solving problems
  • Managing some digital content
  • Gathering and uploading information
  • General ad-hoc duties suitable to the post


  • Experience within administration and coordination
  • The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • A good knowledge of marketing processes
  • Experience using different systems such as Adobe Creative and Photoshop
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Proactive by nature and assist where required
  • Thrives in a fast-paced position and can solve problems
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Can be practical where required
  • The ability to work collaboratively with external parties


In order to be successful as a Marketing Exhibitions Coordinator you will be a motivated individual with a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail, not afraid to get stuck in where needed. In return you will receive a salary up to £28,000 per annum, plus some hybrid working options, with excellent company benefits and perks, working Monday-Friday.
