Motor Insurance Sales Executive

We are very excited to be recruiting for a Motor Insurance Sales Executive to join a very established business based in Stockton-on-Tees. Our client are an award-winning business operating across the insurance sector, working on a national basis. You will be joining a professional and efficient company, who put their customers at the forefront of their services, ensuring each customer is satisfied with their experience. This role will play a pivotal part within the office providing key administrative and sales support, in order to meet the customers needs.

Duties as a Motor Insurance Sales Executive:

• Offering support and delivering key advice
• Meeting customer needs and delivering quotations
• Handling queries on all levels
• Dealing with renewals and supporting claims
• Developing relationships and providing insight
• Working towards individual and company targets
• Gaining new business from existing databases and warm leads
• Delivering an efficient and unrivalled service
• Complying to relevant guidelines and policies
• Meeting company award-winning customer service standards
• Managing workload and assisting where necessary

• Experience within a Motor/Vehicle Insurance environment
• A motivated and ambitious individual
• Self-driven with strong organisational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Strong time-management skills
• A professional telephone manner

  
In order to be successful as a Motor Insurance Sales Executive you will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and IT literate, with the opportunity to progress your career. In return you will receive a basic salary between £25,000 - £30,000 plus a generous commission scheme, with a realistic OTE of £36,000 - £42,000, plus company benefits, including an onsite Café and 24/7 gym.
