Responsibilities of the Operations & Sustainability Administrator:
- Support the department with general day-to-day tasks.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers.
- Keep an up-to-date log to support the team with data requirements when needed.
- Aim to take on tasks for senior staff to improve efficiency of data returns.
- Support the continuing reviews of all products.
- Assist the team by learning and providing information to relay to the wider product team.
- Continue to develop the current database to future proof the business in relation to legislation.
Personal traits for a successful Operations & Sustainability Administrator:
- Proactive & show initiative.
- Confident to asks questions with aim to become autonomous in your role.
- A strong willingness to learn.
- Organised and able to priorities workload.
- Strong MS office skills a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to navigate high volumes of data and correspondence, focusing on the end target of a given project.
In return as Operations & Sustainability Administrator you will receive a salary of £25,000 – £30,000 including a company bonus. Once completing your probationary period, you will be given a hybrid work style.
