Impression Recruitment are currently working on a brand-new opportunity for an award-winning property business. We are seeking a Part-Time Sales and Lettings Negotiator at one of the companies brand new offices in Yarm. Duties as a Part-Time Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients on all levels
- Progressing sales through to exchange and completion phases
- Booking and generating valuations
- Carrying out property viewings
- Handling negotiations around lettings
- Encouraging repeat business
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Giving an unrivaled service and insight into the market
- Administrative duties including preparing details of the properties
- Arranging photographs of the properties and floorplans
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Handling queries and updating systems
- Ad-hoc duties relevant to the position
What we are looking for:
- Experience in property
- A strong sales etiquette and excellent negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills on all levels
- Must have a clean driving licence
- A motivated individual with a desire to learn
- Strong IT skills, with an experience working with CRM’s
- A keen eye for detail
To be successful as a Part-Time Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will be an organised individual and well presented. In return you will receive a full time equivalent salary between £22,500 - £27,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme with an realistic OTE of £48,000 - £50,000 plus benefits, working between 2-3x days a week.
