Our client is best-known for their commitment to providing 5* service to all of their customers and they have built an exceptional reputation as a result. As Parts Advisor your duties will be:
- Serving and issuing products to both internal & external customers whilst ensuring standards are always met.
- Receiving and correctly identifying incoming stock and communicating with management if stock is low.
- Ensuring best practice standards are upheld in all aspects in the workplace.
- Taking an active involvement in ensuring promotions are communicated effectively to enhance results.
- Participation in the annual formal stock check.
Skills / qualities in order to be successful:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to handle change in workload and priorities daily.
- Strong IT skills.
- Proficiency with numbers and remembering codes.
In return the successful Parts Advisor can expect to receive a salary of approximately £26,000 per annum with bonuses that could take your earnings up to £28,000! In addition you’ll also have access to an excellent benefits package including generous annual leave allocation with your birthday off as an extra day, employee discount schemes, discounts with many high-street retailers and more! You’ll work a 45 hour week (30 minute lunch break) split across Monday to Friday, with one in three Saturday’s on a rota basis. APPLY TODAY!
