Project Manager
Location: Ilkley (with national travel to sites in Scarborough, Preston, etc.)
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Our client, a well-established Property Management company based in Ilkley, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects for both commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, holding regular meetings and daily briefings.
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations, conducting site inspections and generating reports.
- Handle project budgets, timesheets, and wages information.
- Work closely with local councils and conservation offices, particularly on Grade II listed building projects.
- National travel to various sites as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of regulations surrounding Grade II listed buildings.
- Experience working with local councils and conservation offices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety standards for construction sites.
