Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm

About the role: Our client, a growing professional services firm based in Blackburn, is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

• Efficiently answering all incoming telephone calls, including accurate call logging, directing calls appropriately and delivering messages promptly.
• Provide telephone assistance to all internal team members as required.
• Welcome, greet and support visitors and clients in the reception area with courtesy, professionalism and a friendly manner.
• Ensure the reception area is kept tidy, organised and presentable at all times.
• Carry out additional administrative duties as needed, such as managing postal tasks.

Skills & Experience required for the role:

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience is required
• IT literate

• Salary: £23,810.00 pa
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm
