Job Title: Rural Estate Agent

Location: Catterick

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday

We are excited to be recruiting for a Rural Estate Agent to join a well established and respected property agency. The company is known for its expertise, high quality and tailored approach to farm and estate sales across the region.

You will support senior management in delivering and growing farm and estate sales, working on a wide range of rewarding projects within a forward thinking and supportive team. 

Your duties as Rural Estate Agent will include:

• Assisting with the sale and purchase of farms and land across the region.

• Preparing pitch documents, reports and marketing materials.

• Supporting client management and day to day agency work.

• Helping deliver marketing campaigns and property viewings.

• Building knowledge and confidence towards managing your own instructions.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Proactive and well organised with a genuine interest in rural property.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commercially aware and keen to develop your career.

• Ideally RICS qualified or working towards qualification.

• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.

In return, the successful Rural Estate Agent will receive:
