Role: Sales Executive (Property)
Location: Leeds, LS8
Salary: £25,000 - 33,000 pa DOE, plus commission (OTE £55,000)
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm

Responsibilities as the Sales Executive:
- Proactively manage inbound interest from clients via phone, email and online sources.
- Gauge every client’s intentions by listening, digesting and responding to their desires.
- Act as a confident brand ambassador, taking a positive approach to educating customers about the company’s service offering.
- Utilise internal knowledge to ensure an attractive proposal is delivered, negotiating where required to achieve best outcome for all parties.
- Understand sales data and utilise to your advantage.
- Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
