Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Our client who is a leading estate agency are seeking a Sales & Lettings Negotiator for their Sunderland base. This is a vital position being involved in the sales and lettings process’ and being an integral part of the team. You will be an excellent communicator and negotiator, who thrives in a fast-paced position. Duties as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Providing honest, reliable & professional advice
  • Gaining new business
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Registering Applicants and attending viewings
  • Following up from appointments
  • Building relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Handling property information and the advertising process
  • Dealing queries and meeting deadlines
  • Handling rent and deposit
  • Arranging maintenance
  • General ad-hoc duties relevant to the post

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as within property
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • A driven individual with a desire to learn
  • Strong IT skills, with an experience working with CRM’s
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong customer service skills on all levels
  • Must have a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle

To be successful as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator you will be an organised individual and well presented. In return you will receive a Salary between £23,500 – £25,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme with a realistic OTE taking you up to £40,000 plus benefits, working 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
