Hours: Full time on a rota basis including weekends

Our client is seeking an ambitious Showroom Sales Executive to join their growing team in Harrogate, supporting both showroom and ecommerce sales channels. This is a unique opportunity to represent a premium brand in the luxury interiors market, engaging with design conscious customers and guiding them through high value purchases.

Key Responsibilities of Showroom Sales Executive:
- Welcome and engage customers in the showroom, delivering a tailored, consultative sales experience.
- Manage a high volume of enquiries across calls, emails and showroom visits, ensuring every interaction reflects premium service standards.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and product recommendations to convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Proactively follow up on customer enquiries, confirm deliveries and encourage repeat business.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers, maximising lifetime value.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, purchasing and marketing teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and excellent communication.
- Maintain an in depth knowledge of the product range, design trends and upcoming launches to act as a trusted product expert.
- Accurately log activity in the CRM and provide clear reporting on sales performance and customer insights.
- Represent the brand at showroom appointments, trade events and through digital channels, always reflecting professionalism and integrity.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally within retail or interiors.
- A consultative approach to selling with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong communication skills both face to face and over the phone with a confident, professional manner.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple enquiries and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with IT and ability to adapt to CRM and ecommerce platforms.
- A driven, results focused individual who thrives in a target driven but customer first environment.
This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 with uncapped commission and performance based incentives providing an OTE of £60k+.
