Telesales Advisor

Impression Recruitment are currently working with a well-established business in Stockton-On-Tees, who are seeking a Telesales Advisor. Our client is a leading specialist in their field, supplying into different sectors and dealing with a wide range of clients. We are seeking a driven individual with strong rapport building skills and a natural sales etiquette. This is an opportunity to join a company who provide further opportunities to progress. We would consider driven sales individuals, as well as those from Customer Service with a sales element and the right attitude!

Duties as a Telesales Advisor:

• Building and establishing client relationships
• Gaining business orders
• Promoting companies services and product benefits
• Developing a strong client base
• Keeping on top of market trends and products
• Account Management
• Meeting business goals
• Assisting and meeting clients needs in line with business objectives
• Updating company systems

Skills:

• A driven and motivated attitude
• Previous Sales or Telesales experience (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A desire to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent rapport building skills
• Strong telephone manner
• Excellent IT skills

To be successful as a Telesales Advisor you will have a strong sales manner with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. In return you will receive a salary between £23,000-£24,000 basic, plus an uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE in your first year up to £30,000, working Monday-Friday.
