We are actively recruiting for one of our clients based in Harrogate who experience a seasonal peak on the run up to Christmas. They are now seeking a number of Temporary Customer Service Coordinators to assist them during this period.
You will be immediately supported by their professional and dedicated Customer Experience team who operate out of the company’s HQ in Harrogate. You will be tasked with assisting their customer base with a variety of enquiries. This will involve you having to work in a fast-paced environment, therefore efficiency in your working practice will be key to succeed! Although you’ll be busy, you’ll be working in a positive and welcoming environment, with various incentives and social events on offer.
Our client is willing to consider those from a variety of backgrounds, whether you be a recent graduate seeking work on an interim basis, or happen to be immediately available for work and have prior customer exposure in what you have done.
Duties as Temporary Customer Service Coordinator to include:
- Action customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, review platforms and social media sites.
- Support customers through their pre or post purchase experience whilst also assisting with customer complaints and issues, escalating when needed with management and other departments to help resolve the enquiry.
- Updating, processing, and amending orders / addresses or returns within the company’s policies and procedures.
You will be paid weekly within this role at a rate of £11.44 per hour, working flexible hours anywhere between 8am – 4.30pm.
