Job Title: Temporary Financial Services Administrator

Location: Harrogate

Salary: £14.84 – £16.43 per hour (£27,000 – £30,000 pa)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm 

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Financial Services Administrator to support a busy financial services team in Harrogate. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and good attention to detail and ideally a financial services background.

Key Responsibilities as Temporary Financial Services Administrator:

• Processing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks
• Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
• Updating internal systems and databases
• Assisting with reports, compliance checks and general office support

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience, ideally within financial services
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines

This is a full time, temporary role for 6–9 months with competitive pay ranging from £14.84 to £16.43 per hour, depending on experience. The position offers Monday to Friday hours, a prompt start and the chance to join a supportive and busy financial services team in Harrogate.
