Duties as Property Administrator:
- Managing diaries and arranging appointments
- Devising reports and maintaining files
- Handling queries on the status of properties
- General administrative and receptionist duties
- Gathering relevant details
- Inputting and updating company systems
- Managing compliance and preparing documentation
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Dealing with some marketing aspects
- Being involved in audits and inspections Meeting deadlines and providing good customer service
What we are looking for:
- Strong administration experience
- Knowledge of property (preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills and can stay on top of workload
- Can provide an excellent service
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
To be successful as a Property Administrator you will be able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks accordingly. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary up to £24k, plus some amazing company benefits and perks, working Monday to Friday.
